1. If you spill anything on the product, wipe it with a wet towel and dry it under the shade.
2. Do not use strong detergents to clean the bag. Visiting a leather cleaning specialist is highly recommended.
3. High temperature, moisture, and friction may cause color or shape changes.
4. Color may change when the product is exposed to UV light for a long time or being adjacent to other materials or prints.
5. Store the product where there is no direct sunlight and good ventilation with low temperature and moisture.
6. There might be creases on the product during delivery but it will be gone over time as you wear them.
7. The color of the product may slightly differ.
8. The detailed size may not be the same with different measuring methods.
Order processing times.
The order will be processed and estimated delivery time is 5-7days after order completed.
The said delivery time not include weekends and public holiday ,orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us one week (7) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt).
Note that the cost of the return parcel and the delivery charges will be borne by the customer. (West Malaysia: RM15, East Malaysia: RM35)
This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable items provided on our Site.
Please take note that we will not accept anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
All original tags must be attached. Sale and discounted item(s) purchased through online cannot be returned unless the item(s) were delivered faulty.
Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the rights not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
We will refund you via store voucher within 14 days of your request which you may utilize for your next purchase.
In the event that you have received a wrong/ defective item, please email us at email@example.com with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number.
However, please kindly note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we are only able to offer a replacement item or via store voucher which you may utilize for your next purchase.
We quality check each and every one of our products and goods by hand before shipping or delivering it to you, because we want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, should any of our products contain any manufacturing defects; you may exchange or refund your purchase, subject to the terms below.

STEP 1. Within 48 hours of delivery, you must notify us in writing that your product contains a manufacturing defect,
which notice must contain your order ID, defective product/section picture to firstname.lastname@example.org.
STEP 2. Bring your item to the nearest post office and fill in our address in the consignment note.

STEP 3. We will take at least 14 days to prepare and refund store credit to you for your new RAUM order.
In the meantime, please do patiently wait for us to process.
Once the product has been returned, it will be checked. If the defective product contains a manufacturing defect, you have the option of a refund or exchange.
Defective goods / manufacturing defect does not include wear and tear, damage due to incorrect use, damage caused after shipping our products to you.
The correct orders and refunds will be processed within approximately 14 days after we have received and approved your return request.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
